    We purchased grounding sheets and pillowcases and are not happy with them. From the moment we received them, the grounding results were not zero like other grounding products we have. However we decided to give them a try. After a week of use and feeling no different, we decided to wash them using the instructions provided (delicate, warm, no fabric softener). After washing, the sheets grounding results were much higher so we decided to return them.The company claims to have a 90 day risk free trial and 100% money back guarantee. So on November 29, I tried to call the company, but nobody ever answers. So I sent an email. I received a very nice email from ****** apologizing and asking me to explain the issue which I did. She then told me they would grant me a refund and she told me to visit the return portal. When I did this, it makes you answer if the sheets are still new with tags, and it says to contact support if they have been used. So I emailed her back and asked what I was supposed to do to return the sheets and pilllwcases. She stopped responding and an ***** started responding. I have now tried for 2 weeks to get return information and they just will not give it to me. I have sent numerous emails and it takes days for them to respond back, and when they do, they give me all kinds of info, but never give me return instructions. They even offered to refund me half of the money, and said I can just keep the sheets and pillowcases or donate them. Why would I do this when they dont work for us?I responded back and explained I would like to return the items (probably my 10th time requesting) and I have yet to hear back. They claim they have a 90 day risk free trail and if youre not happy they have a 100% money back guarantee, but they wont tell you how to return them, and theyll drag your emails on for weeks. Im tired of the runaround and just simply want to return the items for a full refund as their website states.

    Order date 9/29/24 Ordered incorrect size grounding sheet. I then reordered correct size. Called company to get return address, no one answered, vm stated to send email. Sent email to get return address. Their response was, let us order the correct size. They didnt answer my question. Again I called, no answer, vm stating to send an email. Again I sent email saying I followed protocol, package will be returned certified so they can sign, I still needed return address. Inquired if it was address in corner of package. Company again didnt answer. I told them I was returning package using address in upper left corner, they never responded. I mailed package, received verification it had been returned & received by company. I received an email stating I will not get refund because I did not use their return label. They asked for my tracking # which I provided for verification. Each time I asked for return address, not once did they email a return label or mention a return label.
