    On Sept 14 2022 I ordered a door from Palazzo Iron Door. Till the day I have never received tracking for a shipment let alone the actual product.So how can i be charged for something i never received. I want a refund back to my credit card.I have Called the merchant and they would not take my phone calls and when they did they would hang up the phone on me.

    We purchased our bifold doors 144"X80" on July 2, 2022 (Invoice #****, Order #****) for $7,000 and they were installed by a third party (****) installer INCORRECTLY (installer provided by PALAZZO IRON DOORS). There was immediate issues shortly after installation. The Glass doors were almost coming off the tracks and we were scared these heavy doors would fall off and cause major injury to someone. I reached out to **** (onwer and/or manager) on 8/1/22 and It Took 3 weeks and many text messages back and forth with **** to have the installer return to "fix" the rollers holding the panels on the track (**** came back to adjust the rollers on 8/26/22). Well that mickey ***** fix lasted only a couple of months because the sagging could still be seen where the sun shines through. We thought we could deal with it but it keeps getting worse. We are now here in January 2023 and the sagging has gotten so bad that the door doesn't close when the heat of the sun expands the metal so we have to open the adjacent door at the same time to open/close pass through door. I messaged him (Owner ****) 1/27/23 with all the videos and a plea to once and for all finally fix these VERY expensive doors. 1/28/23 **** calls me and says he will send another installer *** to come in a couple of days. 3 days go by, no ***. I message **** again 1/31/23 and he says *** is sick and will come the next day. *** never shows. I message **** on 2/2/23 and 2/9/23 to see if he was still sending someone. He stopped responding. This company is not very reputable nor responsive to any installation concerns.
