I just paid Katzkin $2000 for new interior for all my seats for a 2021 ******* Sonata Hybrid SEL model. The price for the actual leather and synthetic leather blend seat material was not bad (not 100% leatherbut the center area that gets the most wear and tear is), and the professional installation fee was not bad at all.All I would like to say is.I never plan on selling that car, and the new interior leather/synthetic seats blow me away! Also, the installer actually came to my work, took all seats out and loaded them into his van, came back 4 hours later and installed them in less than 20 minutes. Absolute quality material and installation.Well worth the price! ????

Had my Katzkin seats with Degreez heating and cooling installed here. They assured me that the factory heated seats would remain (the main reason I decided to pull the trigger on Degreez). When I picked my truck up, the heating and cooling only worked in 2 very small sections on both seats ( left cheek on DS and right cheek on PS). A&M assured me that this is the way **** seats are with Degreez and I would have to call Katzkin. Also the factory heat did not work on my DS afterwards. A&M did fix the factory heat after I had to bring it back to them (new OEM heating pad). Nevertheless, Katzkin said that A&M was incorrect and had me take the truck to another installer and lo and behold, they said A&M didnt install the disbursement pads for the Degreez system at all AND that there is no way that the factory heat can remain. So now there were two new switches installed in my seats so I had to have the factory heat removed. The new installer corrected the missing disbursement pads and removed the factory heated pads. They also replaced the Seat back that A&M scratched (and tried to fix with a Sharpie) and they replaced the rear seat latch that A&M broke and just screwed back on.I wouldnt go back to ************** The people were pleasant but the workmanship leaves something to be desired. As for the Degreez system, if you are thinking about it, dont. Its more a small area **** warmer and small are **** cooler (albeit a little better with the pads - but not much), definitely not heated/cooled seats. Check out Sanctum heating and Cooling at leatherseats.com. It looks like their system addresses the poor disbursement issue (which I also forwarded to Katzkin). The leather seats covers appear to be good, just the Degreez system isnt worth it. Now I have a truck with factory heated seat buttons that do nothing. What used to be true heated seats are now vaguely warming. The cooling? One small area in both seats. Dont expect like factory, not even close.

I had the seats in a 2023 ****** Corolla Hybrid reupholstered with synthetic leather (a few hundred dollars less than 'real' leather). The purchase and sales process all took place online and on the phone; they arranged a date to drop my car at a local installer. The leather pieces get cut by the company and shipped to the installer. I scheduled about three weeks out; the material arrived early, and the installer moved the date up by a week, which I liked. The install took most of a day, 8:00 a.m. drop-off, 3:00 p.m. pickup. Front/rear seats, center console, and door inserts that had been cloth are now black (synthetic) leather with grey stitching, as ordered. It looks as good as the synthetic leather on our ten year-old ******, which was purchased new with leather from a dealer. Moreover, the car was otherwise clean, no debris from the install. It's not cheap - around $1,600 all in - but it's a lot less than we would have paid to move up to a trim level that included synthetic leather, and a few hundred less than our ****** dealer offered for an aftermarket install (turns out our local ****** dealer uses the same installer as Katzkin did for aftermarket ****** synthetic leather). Can't speak to durability, but the experience was uniformly professional, and the results look outstanding.

In November 2022 I ordered leather seat covers for my 2020 ****** Camry hybrid for *******. They emailed me the address of where they were going to install the seat covers. It was in another town 3 hours away. I complained and they said they had an installer closer but I never received the email about an appointment. Never heard from anyone. I emailed and called and recieved crickets in return. Spoke to someone at the 800 number and told them I want a refund. She told me my sales rep would call me as soon as she got off the phone. No phone call. Terrible customer service. No help. I was upset about using Klarna for the financing but it was ok. Klarna is no help. They did postpone the first payment. This company needs to be on American Greed. DO NOT do business with them! You will not get what you pay through the nose for!! I never recieved anything. !

We had Katzkin installed by a local installer in March of '22. We were told to leave in the sun from a few days to a couple of weeks so the leather would shrink. My wife parks in the sun and leaves the sunroof cover open for maximum sun/heat exposure. Here we are 5 months later and the leather is getting worse. You would think that Texas heat and sun would do what we were told it would do. We spoke to the dealer and he referred us to the installer. The installer said that the factory will not make it right. I have reached out to the factory directly a couple of times and still no response
