    I purchased the Zooby camera order number *****. Upon receiving the camera on 8/11/23 the image quality was terrible I was not satisfied with the product and not worth the ****** so I initiated a return. The item was sent back to the company via **** on 8/26/23 tracking number **********************. It was received by the company on 8/30/23 delivered left with individual. I have yet to receive a refund for the camera. When I try reaching out to the company theres no phone number to call and all I received via email was a form for a claim for the recipient nothing about sending a return back.

    I purchased their advertised*********** monitor and ***** camera on 10/23/2022 and paid $179.77. I was only able to use it twice before the camera stopped turning on. We contacted the company through their website and explained our issue and a day later received an automated email with a link asking for us to fill in additional information and was told we would be contacted within 1-2 business days. A week goes by and we did not hear back, so my husband resubmitted the request but the business still will not respond. I tried to contact them today, 11/13/2022, through their website's "live chat" option, which seems to be a fake platform as no one responds even though it states the usual wait time is a few minutes. We have been unsuccessful in getting our issue resolved and we're approaching their 30-day return policy. It seems they are avoiding any responses until after the 30 days.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/12/02) */ Hello, we are currently working with the customer to resolve their issue. There is a bit of confusion as we were in the process to refund the customer, when we noticed that the refund was an exchange. We sent an email to the customer's husband, and he has been the person responding to the emails. As soon as we get clarification, we can proceed to close out this complaint.
