    On August 17, 2022, I went the laundromat to wash clothes as that was the nearby wash station close to me. I inserted a five dollar bill into the machine and did not get all the quarters that equal the five dollars this happened twice. I put my quarters on a machine to wash clothes and the machine automatically stopped working leaving the clothes to be wet. I had to remove the clothes from the faulty machine into another machine. So now, I have paid twice for using both machines to wash my clothes. As I was removing the clothes there was water spilling with no nearby napkins, paper towels, or any type of dispenser. I had to buy a towel so I can clean the floor as I did not want anyone to slip and fall. There were signs of any kind indicating what to do incase of an emergency or how to report a failure with any of the machines. Overall , the machines were old, needed extreme cleaning, and needed secure doors as there were transient people using the space for illegal activity. There were no signs indicating to call the police. In fear of my own health and safety, I took my clothes out the machine wet and left the business.
