      Hello I reached out to Precision Doors for my garage I was having issues someone came looked at the garage stated they have to replace everything $1063 charge next morning I was dealing with same issues late than I found out the job was only $200 they charged me over $1000 still than no changes to my garage door I kept getting stuck I called them back they came out looked said they cant recall the issue after 3 months of me sending vidoes and my cameras capturing me and my fmsikt getting stuck as my garage door wasnt working they said they think there is water issue fix the issue with ur hoa we will come back to look after 5 month I reached out today spoke with manager name ****** he refused to help me even do my ***** was under warrenty stating I need to replace with new one . Please help me with this issue they screwed me over and now refuse to help me look at the door unless I pay them another $1000 dollars they never recalled my issues after 5 months as Im still having same exact issues no changes its gotten worse manager was rude when I asked for reimbursement they said only time I can come back is when ur ready to replace everything again and pay us again he was very mean refuse to come back look at my garage door even do they promised me lifetime warrenty as long is I changed the the parts as they told me never told me there was water damage when they first looked at they said parts need to be replaced now there saying we need to change the parts again . Brining water damage so warrenty doesnt cover my repairs since they cant figure out the issue . Please help me resolve this issue as there scamming people no honest work I have all videos for last months conversation back and forth nothing changed as my garage door keeps getting stuck every day from 5 months ago when I called them I want my money back and nothing to do with them . Thanx .
