    We booked a tour with this company on July 4th. The employee was late to open and didn't mention that there would be road closures due to the parades. We weren't able to enjoy the 3 hour tour like expected and returned back an hour into the tour. I expressed my frustration as the view points that my family and I were looking forward to seeing we not accessible without several detours. No gps( which was extremely dangerous since they advise to use our phones). We felt unsafe to do so and returned the cars. They refused to work with ** on a parcial refund since we didn't use all the time originally purchased due to their lack of communication. Consumer beware with this place. Your better off driving around in your own vehicle with the windows down then paying the outrageous price to see nothing.

    It was bad, told if we decided not to do the tour we would get a refund, we chose not to do the tour, and now informed there will be No refund. What a joke this company is bad.
