  *************************, the previous owner of *********** Security had been acquired by Sentry Alarms in ******. I was promised by ***** that this transition would not be an issue. The transition has been nothing but unorganized and chaotic. He is disorganized, unprofessional, and discourteous. ***** and his crew installed the security system and cameras in October 2023. They were out multiple times and never had the correct parts to complete the installation. After three months of failed installations, I am left with a nonfunctioning security system and cameras. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, ***** will not contact me back to complete the job. I have contacted the Sentry Alarms, elevated it up the chain of command, and still no resolution. Please save yourself the time, money, and piece of mind and do not trust this ************************** or Sentry Alarms. This should be considered fraudulent.

  Zero stars! I am a business owner that runs a residential and commercial cleaning business. I was hired on the phone with no written contract ever put in place for over three years. They sent my checks past the due date I had issued in the invoice. Also upon hiring it was agreed pay is due first week of month. Many times my check came weeks late with no replies from payroll when my business manager would follow up. Twice my check got lost in the mail and when asking about it both times didnt hear back till I got the persons boss involved. I had to start implementing a 25 dollar late fee. Most recently my check didnt show up going on almost three weeks (again) when I finally got a reply I was told my check was withheld for the month before due to reservations on completion of clean, not once was it addressed to me.come to find out that all the times sentry was late paying me they were not paying the late fees. Now they refuse to pay the outstanding balance. Saying they do net30 and have 30 days to to be late before a late fee is applied. The most recent late check after constant emails and again getting the boss involved payroll lady says that she withheld my pay for the previous month due to a complaint about service. I have cleaned that office for years and never once had a complaint addressed to me. Almost three weeks since check was due and not once was I contacted about these reservations Not to mention there are cameras everywhere so they can see if work isnt getting completed. The complaint was a dead cockroach was found ( once a week cleaning and they leave fast food garbage and have ***** traps allover the office) then a zoomed in picture of what looked like part of a desk with a speck of dust on it. they also added another part of the office for me to clean that was not in the original agreement. We ended up partying ways as sentry refused to honor my grace ****** .Never have I had a commercial client treat me this way. Very disappointing.

  Sentry alarm is probably the biggest fraudulent company Ive ever been and countered with. They sold me $3000 of equipment that doesnt work, they also billed me for monitoring my home for fire which they never even installed. It took me speaking with my homeowners association, and my home Insurance to find out they had sent fraudulent paperwork and they were lying about what they were monitoring. Almost cost me my home insurance policy. Not only do they owe me back over $3000. They spent two months lying to me and coming in and out of my home. Never leaving any paperwork, business card, or receipts behind. Isnt that convenient? Never leaving any paper trail, never doing any work, but definitely billing you for equipment thats not even installed! This company is horrible!
