    Don't Buy Custom Seats!
    There was a problem with the order. But instead of solving the problem, they just went with can't do anything since you only had 14 days to return item (which I was not asking to be returned just to fix the actual order). BTW a $1,500 dollar product.

    When you placed your custom seat order, we worked closely with the manufacturer to ensure everything was built to your exact specifications. These custom seats are made-to-order, which is why they come with a specific lead time and a strict 14-day return policy.
    While we understand that life's demands can sometimes delay installations, the issue with the seat was brought to our attention well beyond the return period, after the seats had been used and exposed to the elements (rain / water pictured on the seats of pictures we sent to manufacturer). Unfortunately, because these are custom-made products, once they are installed and used, they cannot be modified to the backrest setup you needed.
    We truly tried to explore every possible solution, including contacting the manufacturer to see if any modifications could be made. However, the necessary changes would have required adjustments that can only be done during the initial production process.
    We regret that we couldn't meet your expectations in this case, even with the other solutions we had offered.
