I took my dog for a grooming at 9 AM, but I was told by the owner will probably be about three hours. Didn’t hear from them for four hours. Tried calling. No one answered on your phone. Waited a bit longer and it’s five hours now three more times and no one answered I decided to go there. They just bathed my dog about an hour prior. They didn’t even start his grooming. He’s been sitting in a small crate which he is a large dog no water no walk no pee breaks nothing. I said to them it’s been five hours. Poor dog has been in a crate this long. They have no remorse. I asked to release my dog and the girl working said can I at least brush him out? I agreed to finish his groom, which includes a cut brush his teeth clip, his nails blow dry him. I came back an hour and a half later, which this is 6 1/2 hours. My dog was at this grooming place in a small crate. My dog came out. He was damp, worse, uneven haircut matted behind the ears. His teeth were never brushed. Nothing was done however they charged me $130. I paid because I figured that is the right thing to do took my dog home. He was not the same. He was so thirsty so hungry had to go to the bathroom. I was absolutely devastated. I then called the owner to let her know how upset I was and how awful his hair looked and I can’t believe that my dog was there 6 1/2 hours that they could’ve called me And asked me to come in later. She did not apologize. She said nothing absolutely the worst business motto I’ve ever seen she should not be treating animals specially putting them in a crate for 6 1/2 hours in a small place that is dirty full of hair. I don’t feel this business. Does the proper the proper thing

L*** ******** has put negative reviews on every social media platform available. Each time she came into Barks N Bubbles Pet Grooming she signed a release of liability clearly stating that our groom time estimates are 4 to 5 hours approximately, she signed and agreed. When she initially came into Barks N Bubbles, she stated that she was looking for a new groomer, because her last groomer would not return her calls or make an appointment for C******. The first visit seemed to go fine, she appeared to be satisfied. This was her second visit to our salon. The day of the incident she started calling about 3 hours after C****** arrived and she called repeatedly every 30 minutes, at least seven times during the time C****** was with us. Each time we answered we explained to her we are working on C******, a large Labradoodle.  We have a number of customers we are working with as well; can you give us some time to properly and safely complete his grooming he is a large dog, and it takes time. C****** was never put into a small crate, because he is a very large dog, she could clearly see him from the lobby. We do not take dogs out of our facility once they have been handed over to us by the customer for potty breaks due to liability issues. We do not feed customer dogs, due to the liability of hurting an animal if they have food allergies or health problems. Lisa walked into the lobby, and we asked her again, since you are so upset and anxious about C******, you can take him home. He had been bathed, his teeth had been brushed, there will be a charge for the work we have done, she refused and said could you complete the grooming. One of the groomers clearly explained to her that she could brush him out, finish his nails and send her on her way at that time, again with her hands on her head she refused and asked us to complete the grooming. We completed the haircut, finished his nails and cleaned his ears and called her approximately 40 minutes after she left out of our lobby. Lisa called again after she left and took C***** home. I personally spoke to her on the phone and apologized and she said she would never come back. I'm not sure what else she would like us to do? We gave her several options; C****** was perfectly fine when he left our facility. C****** is a beautiful well manner dog; calm we had no issues with him. L*** ******** on the other hand should consider a mobile groomer which could provide her one-on-one concierge services and professional help.
