    Approximately 10 years ago I purchased a LIFETIME Senior Discount Card from Rustic Canyon Golf Course (RCGC) to my recollection I paid $40.
    The business committed to provide a Lifetime Senior Card that discounts green fees every time the card holder presented the card upon checking in for a round of golf.
    On 6/6/24 I presented my card before a round of golf at RCGC as I have done for years since purchasing the Senior card. The employees asked for my phone number, I responded with my cell and landline numbers. The employees responded that they could not find my phone numbers and that I was not not in the data base. Therefore, they told me my card would not be honored.
    I related that this card you see is the one PURCHASED around 10 years a go. I claimed that this is "just wrong". I asked for a person in authority in order to address this wrong. I was given the email of the Operations Manager Michaela L***** at [email protected] I emailed Ms. L***** on 6/6/24 and received a response on 6/8/24. Ms. L***** 's email related that a new software system had been installed in July 2022 and that after the installation it came to there attention that some Senior Card members were passing around there cards to friends who did not pay for the card. Ms. Leader
    proceeded to tell me she double checked the data files"and you are not a Senior Member".
    My response is that there could be a multitude of reasons she did not find my information. For example it was never inputed properly years ago at time of purchase. I do know that the senior cards are no longer available for sale. Draw your own conclusions. I attempted to email
    Ryan the head pro I did not receive a response. Because I did not keep a receipt for ten years RCGC is breaching there lifetime agreement with me. I am willing to sign an affidavit as to my veracity. The inference that on 6/6/24 I presented an illicitly obtained card is slanderous.
    I want a formal apology and reinstatement of my senior card.
