      ************** ********* Location - The Store Manager R. degrades women, calling me stupid and left my tire in the middle of the sidewalk. When I reported to the district manager, he did not care and has not investigated the location because he is buddies with the store manager. This place supports sexism and I see why its not BBB accredited.

      I made an appointment online via the company website to purchase Good Year tires, get an alignment and rotate my tires; when I arrive at 8am (opening) ***** states that those tires have been discontinued and that I should have called rather than use THEIR website to make reservation and choose tires I chose a different brand of tire (Falken) that ***** said he would order and receive within a couple hours, I agree to do that and request a tire rotation and alignment. ***** dissuades me from rotating new tires to the rear (every automotive site I've read states new tires should always go on rear axles) and agrees to checking wheel alignment and adjusting alignment if needed I receive a call from ***** at 10:08am; ***** says he has no one to pick up my tires but that he will get the tires and finish the job by 3 or 4pm (never told me he couldn't complete the alignment) I never receive a call, so I arrive at American Tire Depot on *********************************************************** at 4:30pm to see my car not finished and with the driver front tire deflated prior to driving into the shop. I speak with *****, and he apologizes and says the car will for sure be done prior to closing (6pm) I leave and return at 5:30pm to see my car still in shop barely being "finished". When I ask ***** directly how off my alignment is he does not answer the question and asks to meet him inside at the register. At the register he avoids disclosing that he did not do an alignment and did not even use the alignment machine to determine exactly to what degree my alignment is off. ***** states that he knows I need an alignment based on how the old tires are worn (I KNOW THIS; THIS IS WHY I CAME TO GET AN ALIGNMENT!) *****'s excuse was that he did not have a mechanic today (Why was this never disclosed in all the conversations we had during the 9.5hr time?!?) Overall, I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of American Tire Depot on ***********************************************************

      As an employee who worked for *** for many years I'd love to tell you guys that this company will rip you off for every penny that you may have. The sons are trained to sell anything they can to anyone they can get.. its so sad how a rich family takes advantage of everyone including their own relatives! Stay away from ******** and any shop still ran by the ************* family

      This business, a tire company, dinged up my beautiful chrome rim when replacing a flat tire. They claim it was already the way, not caused by them. This is incorrect, I am OCD about my vehicles, and inspected the work upon retreiving my vehicle. The rim was significantly dinged. They claim it was not caused by them, which is very incorrect. I will no longer be doing ANY business with them, and I hope no others will either. Buyer beware !!
