    **************** brought his Cadilac in with a flat tire. We checked the wheel and found that the tire was okay but the wheel is loosing air pressure due to the chrome finish degrading. Sent the wheel to ************ for repair, but they were not able to repair the wheel. I called **************** with the price quote for a new rim and he said find a used rim instead. I found a used rim on **** with the part number given to me by Stead Cadilac, an official Cadilac dealer. We put the tire on the used rim and gave it to ****************. **************** came back two weeks later claiming that the new rim does not match to the others. And I told him that the rim was used and from ****, so I had no means to send the rim back. **************** wanted a refund and I offered him to write a check of that same amount to a charity of his choice, but I will not refund him, because I had done nothing wrong. At the same time, ******************* MGB was in my shop, and **************** called me and told me that he is not going to pay for the **** and that money would instead go to **************** as a refund for his Cadilac.
