    I started service with this company in 2018. I pay the company annually on July 1 for annual charges. They have my credit card on file because paying the annual amount helps me save money instead of paying each month. I have been trying to contact **** (who is the person who sold me the equipment and has been my contact person) and he won't respond at all. I have two issues. We either call, email or text when our equipment is having issues. He doesn't answer. Absolutely no service after the sale. I have sent multiple emails, texts and left voicemails since the first of June. I have made it plain that I no longer need them (I do not say I no longer need your service, because they have not provided any SERVICE). I have asked that they cancel my account the end of June and NOT charge me on July 1st going forward. I have also asked that they please acknowledge that they not only received my request, but that the request will be fulfilled and my account cancelled with them going forward. All I want is to have them cancel the account when my year is up (6/30/24). I would like to warn any unsuspecting person who may try to hire them in the future. They will certainly take your money for their equipment, but they don't support you down the road. It has been a frustrating 6 years. Thank you
