    I ordered a car transmission by phone and paid an invoice online on June 24th, 2022, for $1900. Salesperson promised to prepare part for delivery within one month. On July 26th I finally got a "delivery order" with another promise from shipping department for delivery "next week", the 28th as it states on the order. Couple hours after getting delivery order in the email, shipping employee notified me that truck is broken and part is being moved onto another truck, so there will be some delay. That was the last time I heard from the company. Left few messages on phone, wrote in their chatbot, and - nothing.

    i purchased a transmission from company they said i would receive by the end of july 2022 i have not received item yet and cannot get any one on phone or email i paid for item july 1 2022 todays date is now 8/8/2022 no item as of yet would like a refund back to my account as soon as possible respectfully ******* e joe thank you

    The business never delivered on the parts I ordered and paid for up front 1,650.00 They do not answer the phone, do not respond to emails so I drove to the address listed...and it does not exists. This is a fraudulent website. There is no such business. They just take your money and then disappear.
