    This is a marijuana dispensary, they are selling product on vacuum sealed bags advertised quantity is 28 grams and the bags actually have a lot less We contact them explaining the problem and they said that was nothing they could do about it...we paid $103 dollars for 28 grams and only got **** grams I have a scale that i can use to weight how much is inside of every bag...so they proceed to tell my scale is "trash" is not working properly...when i just bought and use only once or twice...they refuse to answer our requests for replacement or return..very rude and negative customer service

    Hello,

    Customer placed a delivery order for ******* by the company XOTX. Everything is weighed before getting delivered to our facility as well as when its received in our facility and also again before it goes out for delivery to make sure theres no issues. Customer called about an hour after receiving her delivery and claimed that it only weighed out to **** grams. We explained to the customer our weighing process to make sure accuracy and it could be that her scale is not accurate due to it weighting the **** grams shes claiming. After explaining our process she started cussing employees out and threatening us that her husband was going to come to our store front. We then explained to her that she can contact the company XOTX about the issue to see if theres a solution to her problem which she has refused to do so and continued to threaten and cuss everyone out. With our process of weighing items and the companies we work with we have never experienced an issue. And also in this industry everything is highly regulated by the State to insure accuracy.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    If i were trying to scam you guys on flower i would told you i only got 3 or 4 grams...but is not the case...just like you and your driver and whoever touch the order before it got here...i have no clue how a sealed bag could be underweight...but as a "business" you should take care of your "customers"  Honor your services and discuss this matter with the vendor yourself...we have email them with no response...you as a retailer or embassador of the brand XOTX have way more possibility and business with them not us the consumers...and that will be always a first time for something like that to happen...machine failure...human mistake...who knows what happen? Not me...nore my wife or you guys...so if you are the one who served us a number of times after few hundred dollars spent with Treehouse ... you should have at least the effort to contact the vendor and take the matter on your hands. That would be a clear and professional way to help your customers and have a helpful customer service...brushing people off for not believing on them is not going to bring your business up...once i placed an order with you guys and you were about to replace an item i ordered...so i cancel the order...a gentleman with a strong accent called me back offering the exact items i order first time and guarantee me 25 per cent off for the trouble..that's what i called professional customer service...we have tried to speak with this gentleman but got denied by the ones who responded this message..
