    I went to this company to get my windows tinted. They are highly recommended and this was why I made the decision to book with them. I had an original appointment with them on Jan. 9th at 9am. The day before my appointment the person reached out and asked me to move my appointment to 12 because they are unprepared and had to go get more supplies I agreed. Went in tint was applied, picked up my car and noticed there was scratches all over the windshield tint. I waited the allotted 5 days and the scratches were still there. I reached out and they set a new appointment for the 30th at 9am, appointment was needing to be rescheduled by company , I agreed he rescheduled for for Feb 4th at 11am , showed up for that appt. He called me to let me know that he had redone my tint twice that day and the tint he had bought was messed up the whole roll had scratches and he yet again asked my to come back another day. I agreed. He set up an appt for Feb 25th, I agreed. On the 24th he confirmed appointment & at 8am on the 25th he yet again cancelled my appointment and asked me to come another day. By this time I was frustrated as I do have a baby and have to set up a means of transportation since you cannot wait for your car at the business. I simply asked him to do the right thing which would be to fix & refund money. Since, their ego is very big because they are young & have many people reaching out to them and they feel they can treat people without professionalism he asked for my number to send the money back he didnt want to deal with his mistake. I dont think me asking for my money back for all my time and him fixing it should have been a problem but it was and now Im stuck with a messed up windshield on an expensive car. Just be careful when visiting businesses out of a garage.

    I booked a tint service for my 2012 ****** Camry for March 17. Prior to my appointment, my car had old tint on only 4 windows that needed to be removed therefore my brother took it to a local shop to get it professionally removed before my appointment. After the new tint was installed on March 17 it looked good and had no concerns. However, two days later I noticed some bubbles and I waited a few days to see if they went down. I did bring it up to their attention via DM on Instagram and I told them that I would get back to them if the tint needed to be fixed after waiting the 4 days that were instructed to wait. I waited a total of 5 days and I noticed all windows had bubbles on the edges and in the middle of my windows. My back window never had tint and it has a couple bubbles and scratches. I reached out by sending videos and pictures however it is hard to capture every detail since my camera focuses on my reflection so I asked if I can take my car so they can check it out in person. They blamed it was all glue residue and were only trying to replace one window. After discussing some more issues about my back window they stopped replying. So my brother called their number a few days later and they werent trying to solve anything over the phone. My brother then proceeded to text ******** about it and as my brother was briefly explaining what was wrong with the tint ******** said theres nothing he can do about it and he will not be going back and forth. He stopped replying to my brother and now ** left with bubbles on all of my windows and no resolution. At first I was kindly asking that they fix it but since they dont even want to take a look at the car, I no longer would like for them to repair it, I would like a refund and I will take it elsewhere to get it repaired. I have videos as well but It doesnt let me upload those , so I just provided a few pictures.

    Responding back to complaint instructions were made clear to bring the car with no glue residue so there new tint can come out good since we dont do any tint nor glue removals we only lay tint here at flights

    as you can see in the screenshot that is attached 

    we Arent able to do anything about the glue residue that they are complaining about instructions were made more than clear if they would have followed them they wouldnt have to be making a complaint we have over 500+ costumers for a reason thanks 

    They have agreed to our instructions when we sent them to them to not bring the car in with glue and they agreed to those terms and still brought it in with glue

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I am fully aware of your clientele, which is why I felt comfortable booking you in the first place. However, I am not paying for my tint to have bubbles. It does not make sense how youre saying that you dont do tint removals yet before my brother took my car to get my old tint removed, you were openly going to quote me for a tint removal? Also, I communicated to you that my back window never had tint to begin with and it looks just like the other windows so how is that glue residue when my back window was clean? Another thing, you stated that youre able to tell if theres glue residue once you apply the new film , so if you seen that there was glue residue im not sure why you wouldnt communicate that with your customer or why you would even proceed knowing the outcome the tint will have. It was your responsibility to let me know and you went ahead and didnt inform me of anything. I tried my best to show you videos and pictures but its hard to capture every detail on camera so I respectfully asked that I bring my car in for you to take a look at it and you werent even open to that. You stopped replying as I was trying to communicate with you and you were closed off so my brother reached out separately and when he called and told you the issue , you said you were too busy and hung up. He then texted you at a later time , he also briefly explained our concern and you just responded that theres nothing you can do about it and you will not be going back and forth. So as I stated In the beginning, yes I am aware that you have 500+ customers which shocks me how you handle a situation as a business owner. I do not agree to pay $175 for my tint to result in having bubbles when thats why I booked the service to begin with.
