    I placed an order through this merchant in July 2023. I never received any item from that order. I have tried numerous times since then to contact the merchant, with no response. I paid through afterpay and I cant get them to help me either. I was trying to give her a chance to send out the orders so I waited, and waited. But obviously I can not getting the order since its been over a year

    On July 11th, 2023 I placed an order for 2 Stab Boxes (one for my and one for my friend) and 1 T-shirt through ********* Designs, LLC after seeing a *********** with her items for sale. Months later I saw a post of how she did not expect her boxes to go viral and she was overwhelmed with orders but was working to get them done. On 10/2/2023, 12/18/2023 and 01/16/2024 I sent follow up emails for the status of my order, which were never respond to. On 04/14/24 I sent a more lengthy email requesting a the very least, a response so that I knew the order was being worked on and stating how at this point it seemed my money was stolen as goods were never provided. On 06/30/2024 I sent the same email as 04/14, and still no response. On 09/12/2024 I sent another lengthy email advising that if there was going to be no response, at least offer a refund. My friend and I do still want the Stab Boxes but at this point it does seem that our money was stolen and that we were scammed. If the goods can no longer be provided for whatever reason then a full refund should be provided for $247.00. It is beyond unprofessional to not respond to a single email in over 12 months regardless of how inundated with orders you became.

    I was on social media and I saw Michelesdesigns was making Stab Boxes related to Scream that I wanted to buy. I bought it on July 12, 2023 and on her website it said that it could take 4-6 weeks since it was a small business. I emailed her on August 30, 2023 asking about the box since it had been 6 weeks by that time. On September 3, 2023, she told me that my box would be going out that week and i would get a tracking number then. I still hadn't received it so on September 23, 2023, I asked her again about the box because I still haven't gotten anything I had no response from her. Then I saw I'm January 2024 that stab boxes were going out so I emailed her January 25, 2024 and asked about my box and she never responded again. I messaged her on instagram April 3, 2024 asking about my box and she never responded there either. On May 5, 2024, I emailed her again and told her that i would like a refund since I still haven't gotten my box and again I got no response from her. Now her website is shut down and she made her TikTok private. On tiktok, other people have made comments that they never received their boxes either and that she wouldn't respond to any of their messages as well.

    I placed two separate orders on 10/18/2023 for birthday gifts to three different friends. Two of the friends live together in another country and the third friend lives in another state. It is not 06/03/2024 and I have not received a single update after making several inquiries. I emailed today asking for a refund since my previous message asking for a refund [that I sent through the sellers website] did not get a response. I'm filing this complaint here because I have no hopes that I will be getting my refund and I want to make sure I have as much as a paper trail now in case I need to go to small claims court to get my money back. Literally all I want is my money back since the birthdays the gifts that the orders were for have passed. The seller has disabled comments on TikTok and is limiting comments on Instagram, so I couldn't reach out any other way than the website or via email. Unfortunately I only have the one email inquiry that I've attached, because the rest were sent through the sellers sight after thinking maybe my email was going into their spam folder. If I don't get my money back I will have to resort to small claims court and I will be asking for the cost of the items, time spent trying to get my items or a refund, and the cost of me having to go to court. I don't want to have to do that, but at this rate the business has stolen $345.35 from me. I work hard for my money and I don't appreciate someone scamming me out of it.

I had a hard time looking for her info she didn't add her 5 digit  customer order #  and the order is not under her name. but I finally found it her order number is  #***** and the name that its under is ***************** & ***************************. The boxes are done im just waiting on the shirt that will be her Monday then it will be shipped out and I will send her tracking number. Again i'm sorry about the delay. I will also email you with the tracking number.

    July 11, 2023 I ordered the Scream Stab Box for $100 with $12 shipping. There was no tax so I paid exactly $112. I ordered directly from the sellers website ******************************************* seller emailed me on September 28, 2023 stating HI, Hi, , I just wanted to give you an update your box will be going out next week i'm so sorry about the delay you will get your tracking number the night before it ships. The seller stopped all communication with me after this. I have attempted multiple times to message the seller via email, on their website, TikTok and instagram. The seller has blocked me on instagram and TikTok. This seller scammed out me out $112. I did not receive the product, tracking for it and lost al communication with the seller.

    I ordered a tumbler cup (circus cup) from Micheles Designs LLC on July 23rd, 2023. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and waited until August 28th, 2023 so which I never received my item or even a response. So I waited longer, even called the number a few times, no answer. Decided to wait longer until April 1st, 2024. I still didnt get a response. Did some digging and found that hundreds of people on TikTok were having the same issue with them. I was kind, never spoke out of turn in any of the emails. I just want my money back plus compensation for my troubles and justice for everyone who decided to buy from this scam artist.

    On July 11th I bought a handmade horror tumbler gift box from this seller based on the Scream movies. It went viral on TikTok and was advertised as selling out fast so I went ahead and purchased it through PayPal. The website said there was an influx of orders and since they were handmade turnaround time was gonna be longer than usual. I said thats okay and waited longer than the original turnaround and in September decided to file a complaint with PayPal for my money back. The seller messaged with a random email not her shop email I believe with the intention of it going to spam, in which it did, hoping without a response PayPal will close the case. I responded in October before it closed and she said she would only ship the package if I close the case with PayPal and I had hope so I did and told her. She claimed the next day that the package would ship and nothing ever showed and I received no further response. It is now March 2024 and PayPal refuses to reopen the case and she still posts on TikTok offering products but can not seems to ship my package out.

    Placed an order 7/12/23. Have not received it. Have reached out several times to the seller by email, text, calls, *** tok messenger and have heard nothing since 11/4/23. I have since attempted to contact the seller several more times with no responses. I also placed a review on her ******** page, and she blocked me from there. She told me on two occasions that the product would ship, and it hasn't. I have reached out about cancelling with no answer as well. I reached out to Afterpay which is the service I used to buy the product and they have said since it has been over 120 days I had to continue to reach out to the seller.The PDF I attached has the emails, texts, tik tok messages as well as the afterpay account showing I paid and the email from Afterpay.

    . I had refunded her quite some time ago. When I got the notice I went and looked everything said refund including afterpay what I didnt know is that you had to add it in afterpay so with that being said I tried to refund on after pay and on my website but its not allowing me to due to the amount of time pasted. I have no problem giving her a refund or the product as its now completed so whatever one she would like just let me know how to go about the refund thanks I included pictures thanks so much
