    I arrived late in the evening of 01/08 for a three night stay and was told upon arrival that hot water was currently unavailable. I contemplated going to another hotel, but the employee at the front desk promised that hot water would be fixed the next morning. I took a cold shower that next morning and returned to the hotel the evening of 01/09 after work only to find that there was still no hot water. I inquired at the front desk and was told that a plumber was on site and that she would call with an update soon. I received a phone call an hour later telling me that hot water would be unavailable for the foreseeable future. I was told that management would only approve a 20% discount. I immediately went to the front desk to check out and go to another hotel, but was told that I would still be charged for 80% of the night of 01/09 because I didn't check out until after 3:00pm. This despite being promised that the hot water would be fixed that morning and not being informed until after I returned that the hot water had not been fixed as promised. What incredibly poor service and treatment of a guest.I went to a nearby hotel which was approximately the same cost for a nicer room with infinitely better service. If management does read this review, I simply ask for a full refund for the nights of 01/08 - 01/09 when I did not have hot water despite being promised that I would.
