    I was looking for someone to help me fix some things on my house. I was given the name and phone number of Jesus Edwin Pena know as ***** his business was home improvement and the name of his company is Royalty Home Improvment in ****************. This all started around May 2023 and talked about what needed to be fixed on my house, painting, flooring, bathrooms and kitchen. I did start a contract with ***** paid him $1,000.00 for a deposit. This prosses took a while going back and forth on what and when to start. I paid him $500.00 for a pony wall to be removed and to fix a elecrical plug in wall, that was done. On June 21, 2023 I paid him $2,000.00 for the kitchen counter tops and back splash that was not done and no counter tops or back splash never came to the house. On August 25th ***** was paid $8,000.00 for kitchen cabinets invoice #**. No kitchen cabinets came to the house and prodject was not done. I did inform ***** to stop the prodect do to my personal needs. I had aked for a refund of $10,000.00 because no cabinets and now countertops or backsplash has been purchesed. I had asked ***** for receipts and he did not have any to show. ***** told me I would have to go pick up the cabnets and counter tops because he is not refunding the $10,000.00 dollars. ***** gave me the name of the company HD Supplies in ***********, now one answer the phone and he had also stated that the company lost the invoices from the purchase and he said he would send me a copy but till this day he has not sent a copy. ***** has been avoiding contacting me so we can resolve this matter. Please help me with this matter I notice he has erased contracts of invoce off his site thank you

    Unfortunately this customer ******************* from the beginning of the project till New Years of 2024 was constantly making changes and pausing the project. This made my job as a contractor very complicated. She had made payments for the contract deposits for two contracts, a payment for work that was done, and for material. For any of these items that were done she cannot be issued a refund. She had passed her contract cancellation period back in May of 2023. This customer also signed a third contract for a master bathroom remodel passed her contract cancellation period and still went with another contractor. After getting multiple projects done she then proceeded to notify me that she didnt have the currency to pay these projects. She also notified me she needed water damage repairs, the insurance gave her a payment to fix the damages, she called her local citys council to help her fix these repairs for free and retained the insurance money.
