    Complaint Title: Unprofessional Conduct and Unresolved Customer Issue at ****************************************** #********************** Business Name: PostalAnnex #12005 Address: *********************************************************** Owner: ****** ***** ****** Complaint:I am filing this complaint due to an unresolved issue and poor customer service I experienced at the ****************************************** #12005 in *******************. In February 2025, I brought a concern to the attention of the store manager. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen or help resolve the matter. Since that interaction, I have tried to reach out again for a resolution but was informed that I could only speak to the managernot the owner. Given my prior experience with the manager, this is not an acceptable path forward. I have made efforts to contact the owner, Mr. ****** ***** ******, directly but have been unable to do so.The lack of professionalism and transparency at this location is deeply concerning.     Good afternoon, I am responding to the claim against our business. Ms. ***** came into our establishment to ship items to her son that was in ****** our employees were having issues with her at the beginning because she kept putting and taking stuff out of the package while on the phone with her son, once the package was received in the other country, they were unable to receive it because of the illegal item that was in the package. When I personally called *** they stated that because the items that were sent illegally, they were unable to refund cost of shipping and that my account was still going to be charged. I spoke to Ms. ***** son to explain this to him, when he stated that he didn't know those items were not able to be shipped to THAT part of ******. This becomes their responsibility to know what they can and cannot be receive in that area since they are over in that country. This was explained to the customer, and he was unhappy with this answer. In return he has filed a charge back with the bank and filed a complaint with the home office as well. He did state to me that it was unfair in which I responded that I had done my due diligence on this case and could not return his money, in return made him very upset and called me rude and hung up on me.
