    We started with a simple ************* call which she tried replacing parts on her own and fried her Motherboard, we tried getting her up and running but to no avail but we had two trips involved thus there is a LAbor / Hr which she agreed to. Then she said i dont want to fix do you have a machine we have plenty i said... she than came over and i explained two types of machines floor model and desktop model.  she said she didnt need floor model becuase of price and so she wanted the desktop model. told her price 899 plus tax and stuff...we do a 30 day warranty meaning if something is wrong *** can fix it not replace it...we are not Cosco!

    she used machine for 3 months and got an internal her network trouble error on screen and wants to blame the machine error code she text was a file corruption error or her side of things, she just didnt want the machine after 3 months, so she came to my home buisness and started shouting and screaming infront of my wife that she said i said 6 months which is redicuolous for that price but we still wanted to help as i have been in buisness for 25 years with no problems so i told her i would look at it for free and fix whatever she thinks is wrong she said NOOOOO. than i tried to give her $550dlrs back minus usage and she said NO...she kept on getting louder and sat infront of my garage blocking parking and i kindly said please leave this is to much disrespect in my Home she sat for 2hrs.....so what else do i do i had to call a mediator the Cops.....Cops come in and right away she screams at them cop looks at me very scared also thinking whats going on with her, he also tried to explain my deal which made sense to him also take the money and leave or leave machine for fixing...she shouted NOO No NO..he tried again explaining calmly to her and she wasnt working with no one,

    Regarding his reply ,i thought he would reflect on it ,and give me a  apology , but he is keeps lying .
    i just want to tell him : Lying too much will bring you misfortune, "Good Luck " to you -***** !

    Few question to ask him here : 

    1: the printer i purchased from him ,  HP E57540 , market price are around $1500  , how can he sell to me with price 899 ?  I saved some tax expense  by cash ( ZELLE ) to him .we are agreed with this part . 

    2: he admitted that he did not fix the Canon 5535i ,how  to charge $700 labor fee ? ( I zelle him $1600 ) , and where is our old printer Canon 5535i ? 

    3: our office IT company : (Interconnect Networks)  can prove that we only used 2 months, they help installed SCAN folder to each PC in office, they tried to fix after printer broken, but its hardware problem, the printer still in my office,we can identify anywhere : NOT software issue, our text message also can prove it . 

    4: In order to persuade me to buy his machine , he commitment 6 months ,when i went to him with the broken machine , he told me that : he only do 3 months warranty ,  on his message above , he changed to 30 days . 
    this guys is full of nonsense . that's why when i went to him i insisted he write me something , he did not agree to write down anything . i won't leave until he writes his promise . so police involved ,

    we tried working it out with her for 4hrs, she sat down infront of driveway for 2hrs straight without speaking, what do you want me to do, we tried giving her $550 back from 800 didnt work tried telling her i would fix in one day didnt work than she sat there...So i had to call Cops a Mediator, Cop gets here and also tries to explain5-7 times and he even told me WoW!...so he had no choice i didnt want her to go to jail but she stood quiet and cop took her, he even told me i should get a restrraining order on her, after disrespecting me my wife my home, my classic car she laid on top of....i couldnt do it no more, her car got towed because she parked right infront of driveway and my cars..we have Video of all this just incase you want to see
