    Sept 19th I spoke to a young man that was working there at the time that I got my unit. After they auction my personal belongings my whole unit he was no longer working there and they would not give me his name or where about. He was so helpful he was the one I was corresponding with who knew my situation I was facing and who I agreed to pay the $600 on October 1st evacuating my unit in 24 hours of that date. He explained every detail he spoke to his manager and headquarter about this agreement that we agreed on. Now I have encounter one of the worst customer service ever he is so rude, disrespectful doesnt have any care what I am going through. Sept 30th this careless person named Brian told me that my unit was auction out on Sept 28th and there was nothing he could do about it "it was gone" said it two times had my mother go also to verify this info and he also informed her the same info After my breakdown I called back to get all the info on why I did not get a 30day notice a call before they made this terrible step in selling all my belongings all my daughters clothes shoes we are left with nothing nojackets for winter warm clothes toys all my memories my babies and family pictures diplomas CNA certificates, CPR card, old driver license, social security, birth certificate all gone! He said to me they called and I did not answer my phone My phone might have been charging I dont know. They only called one time how come? they couldnt first get a hold of me knowing I was going on October 1st that was our agreement. They didnt follow through I want Justice I want all our stuff back I want the number of the auctioner maybe I can offer more money than what he got my personal belongings memories. Since been trying to get a # from the headquarter. there a new manager who tried contacting and left auctioner a message contact her ask to bring back any personal belongings and pictures to unit store. Since then I called numerous times and ***** said this matter is done.
