      Thursday August 22, 2024 I contacted Sanchez Towing to take my car to a wheel repair shop and bring it back. I paid them $160 cash both ways for the sum of $320.Upon dropping my car off the driver scraped both sides of my rear bumper, as well as scraping my wheel with their hook.I sent a message to the business to which they became hostile. I sent them video evidence from our CCTV camera and they began blaming me and deflecting.

      Yes customer call on Agust 22, 2024 ask for service to tow his vehicle to Wheel repair shop stating the his rims was damage and he need to repair them and we took his vehicle to wheel shop at *****************************************, then later on he call back asking to take his vehicle back to his house, becuase they didn't fixed due to his rims was expensive around $2000 dollars, the driver took his car back home and the customer check the car and he was joking with the driver saying if the second tow was free, then the drive left and then he send a message saying the driver damages his car with the chains when the car was already damage, here ie some pictures that how the driver tide his car and it was the same way with straps and chains and you can see it won't damage the car as he is stating.
