    I ordered a Valentines Day gift well before the cut off date. Website said it would be delivered before the 14 th. They had option to have it get put in front of the line for it being made for an extra cost and faster shipping which I did just to make sure it did arrive before the date needed. I log into the account and all I see is unfulfilled still it is now the 25th. I have sent a few emails with no response. This is unacceptable. I want a refund!

    You have the wrong Make It Mine. Please double check the address for the "Make it Mine" business of whom you made your purchase with. There are two of ** in ********** with the same name "Make It Mine". My shop is in *********** ** and offers custom personalizations like embroidery and engraving. I have local customers and don't ship often. We are not the makers of "Pop Box" or *********** day cards.  ********* ******* you're looking for is Make It Mine *** and was previously located in ****** and has  relocated to ******** ****** this year. The *** is ****** ****, Vincent *************** This information can be found on BBB And Trust Pilot. AND YOU CAN REVEIW MAKE IT MINE .CO THERE. I do wish that you were my customer, I would have taken better care of you and this review would have been a good one. Please remove your one star review from my page.

    Dear BBB,I am writing to report an issue with Make It Mine's customer service. On 2/9/2023, I placed an order for a Pop Box card and box for my wife for Valentine's **** I paid an additional $10 for VIP service to ensure that the package would arrive by 2/14/2023. The order number is #******, and the total amount paid was $73.97.Unfortunately, despite selecting the 3-5 day shipping option, the package never arrived. It is now 2/24/2023, and the package has not been shipped, according to the **** tracking number provided in their email: 9405511206203903102483.I have attempted to contact Make It Mine's customer service through their website's chat box, which did not function correctly. Additionally, I have tried emailing the company, but have not received a response. I am unable to reach anyone from the company to resolve this issue.I am requesting either the prompt delivery of my order or a full refund of my payment. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.Thank you for your time and attention.Sincerely,*********************
