    I pre-ordered (order number: *****) a shirt back on 7-19-2022. The total was $37.50. It said shipping could take 4-8 weeks and maybe a little longer. After the 8 week mark, I sent them an email inquiring on the status of the shirt. They told me the shirts should be shipped out in about 2 more weeks to be expecting a shipping tracking number. Well I waited 3 weeks and still no tracking number. I sent them another email asking them where the shirt is and at this point I am getting concerned I have been ripped off. They sent me an email back stating the shirts were in and they would be sending me a tracking number within the week. Well they did send me a tracking number (**********************) on 09-22-22, but no movement has shown on that label since. Here we are 10-11-22, and I still don’t have the shirt. This wait is absolutely ridiculous and no preorders should have ever been taken if the product was going to be that hard to get in stock. Now I have emails to and from this company inquiring on the shirt. I am not trying to be a *****, but please fix this ASAP.

    The last email I can find from you is in September and Garden stated that the order should go out by 10/7, which it didn't.  I can either refund your money or send your shirt out tomorrow, 10/11.  Please let me know which you would prefer.

    On July 6th, 2022, I purchased a t-shirt from this provider's website for $35.50. The provider sent a digital receipt for the transaction which noted that "shipping time frame is between 3-4 weeks. In some instances shipping may take longer."
    On August 16th, 2022, I emailed ****@somewhereinthedesert.com to ask for an update. The following day I was told that the order had still not shipped and they'd send an email once it had.
    On September 24th, 2022, I emailed ***************@somewhereinthedesert.com to seek a refund. The same day it was confirmed via email I would be refunded for the order.
    As of October 7th, 2022, I have not yet received the refund. I emailed to check on status October 4th and again October 7th with no communication.
    Further, Google Reviews for the business (https://www.google.com/search?q=somewhere+in+the+desert+address+morongo&rlz=1C5GCEA_enUS1008US1008&oq=somewhere+in+the+desert+address+morongo&aqs=chrome..69i57j33i160l3.5431j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#lrd=0x80db2509752051f9:0xcda71ddfcb90f32,1,,,) show that many others are encountering the exact same issue. Payment was issued with no refund despite the request. The business still has the shirt for sale on their website.

    We do apologize for the delay.  We have brought on a person to organize shipments and emails, so we anticipate a better response time and wish that we could have satisfied this client.  They have received a full refund through our order system.  We do hope this satisfies their request and they understand their was only good intentions from us to them.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    The refund suggested by the business has not been received or processed by my bank. I'm in touch with the business (attached communication) but would prefer this case stay open until it's actually resolved. Please let me know what you think. I really appreciate all this help so far!!
