I had my 09 Subaru Forester dropped off at Perry's auto due to an overheating issue and a CEL light that forced me to stop on the side of the highway. My car would then not turn back on. No electrical issues were present, no lights other than my CEL light and A/T transmission temp light were on (original reported issue). I picked my car up after spending $1,422.36 for my electrical system completely screwed up. My battery light immedietly was flickering indicating a problem with the electrical system. Within a few minutes of driving, all my guages started flashing off and on, my speedometer went from 70 to 140 to 0 to every speed imaginable. My headlights don't work correctly. My drivers side doesn't work at all, the passenger constantly flickers and fades in and out. My guages stop working all together and then come back on. I reached out to the repair shop and the mechanic was hostile and argumentative stating I was lying to him and that it was perfectly fine when I picked it up. That if i wanted help i needed to drive 7.5 hours back out of pocket ($250), so i have to take off multiple days of work because they didn't fix the car and only made it worse? After spending 15 minutes talking to the mechanic and getting nowhere I asked for the owner to call me back and the CSR called me back and said oh you had an issue with your headlight not working is all she was told... I have gotten no cooperation from the business or attempt to rectify the problem. They can refund me for the alternator and the alternator labor, or they can pay the bill to the dealership for the repairs to the damage they caused. This is gross neglegance and unacceptable. I have video of the problems as well and am happy to submit these. I have the bill at home and can add later to this case.

I have worked with N****** for weeks trying to get the business to do the right thing and fix the damage they did to my vehicle that has left it in a state that is dangerous and illegal to drive on the road. I was promised the owner would reach out about possibly having the car dropped off at the dealership but this never happened. I've just gotten voicemails from n****** stating "well we talked with others and there is just no way we could've damaged your vehicle when we worked on it" and "you should just contact the person who worked on your vehicle before we did and have them look at it". This business has no accountabilty, isn't standing by their work or their warranty. They have been given ample chances to do the right thing and refuse to fix the issue they caused. I don't know how to make it any cleared, they literally damaged my car in the process of attempting to repair it and ripped me off for 1,400.
