    Culligan is an EPIC fail. Recently we discovered that the soft water to our business has NEVER been hooked up properly and we paid for the service for 5 years without it ever even working! Now you would think Culligan would stand behind their service, but these are INDEPENDENT operators and corporate Culligan takes no responsibility and not a big surprise, neither does Kitzman. They want to settle the case and pay less than half of what I paid for absolutely NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and just avoid them entirely. If you can't trust "The Culligan Man" to install their own product correctly, they do not deserve your business. We switched to LifeSource and just love how much nicer the whole house experience is. I was a loyal Culligan customer at my home for over 20 years before finding a great whole-house water filtration option.
