    On March 5th, 2022 I paid this company $850 to go an a private charter for ******************************* party. The trip was booked for April 3rd, 2022.
    Order # ************** was the confirmation number. As we approached the date the company reached out and advised me to reschedule due to bad weather, 40 knot winds and 8 ft swells.
    I take their advice and reschedule for May 14th, the next available Saturday on their schedule. The person whose ******** party this was had been told he had to work weekends. I couldn't get other friends to go on that day so I requested to cancel the trip on the 4th of May. Gravy Sportfishing told me my trip was successfully cancelled and that I'd be given a refund in 1-2 days. The refund never showed up after about a week. I got back in contact with them and they said they'd try the refund again and to wait 1-2 more days. No refund shows up. I try to contact them again around June 2nd and they will not respond to my emails or answer calls. I file a claim at my bank and they deny the claim saying that the merchant claims to have provided me with a service. This is a complete lie and now I have no way to get my $850 back for a trip I never went on. Here is text from the last email they sent me on May 26th before they stopped responding.

    This is conformation that we have received your request for refund for your trip scheduled on 5/14. Please allow 24-48 hours for any refund to process on your account. We apologize for any inconvenience getting a hold of us we have been having some issues with our go daddy business line. If you have any questions or need to speak with someone, please feel free to call me at *********** or reply to this email chain. The order #************** is confirmed as canceled and a refund of $850 will be issued back to your card **************
