    I paid $479 on September 20, 2024 for BlinkTech's XbotGo Chameleon, which also includes a 13' tripod. I did not receive the device until October 3, 2024. I did not receive the tripod until October 18, 2024. The product is not usable to record a soccer game without the tripod so I could not use my device until October 18. The device was working great when I used it the first few times. On November 2nd, the device started losing bluetooth connectivity to my phone and then stopped working completely. It does not turn on anymore. Only the side lights are on. I reached out to XbotGo Support and they told me that they were looking at it. I even sent them a video of the defective device. On November 7, 2024, they asked me to long press the power button (which I had been doing all along) and that is all they could offer. I asked them to either send me a new device or give me a full refund because their website advertises "30-day hassle free return". Furthermore, this is obviously a defective device that shows poor worksmanship on their side.

    I went to purchase a package from Xbot go from a sponsored sale listing from ****** on 6/14 and 6/15. When going to the ad it redirects you to an alternate sale item not what is listed. I contacted the support email from their site for the company with my issue I was experiencing on 6/15 while attempting the purchase. I provided the screen shots and links to the sale add for $249 for the bundle. The companies response offered $20 checkout discount and provided the links to buy each item separately. That total for the items were over $450 from the links they provided double the sales offer. I responded 6/16 to their email sharing the sales ads are still reflecting the offer and wanted them to honor the price as I felt this was a bait and switch to customers offering one deal the. In turn directing you to an offer not aligned to their sales ad. In all the email exchanges with the company they continued to request links which I provided and including in this complaint to which they offered 10% discount for purchase. I am seeking a resolution of this matter for the company to honor the sales ad price for the bundle listed given the deceptive approach to their business practices. I am unclear if this has taken place with other customers with this bait and switch attempt in previous sales effort from this company.
