    In January, I purchased a room divider that at the time of purchase I was told would take one to two weeks to build an install I paid $650 deposit which was 50% of the total sum of the product and services. Over the last 12 weeks Ive been in contactwith the seller and with every contact he would arrange a date for the install which was just three days away. I took off work multiple times to see him for theinstallation and nothing ever materialized. I also dismantled a room divider that I had and sold it in anticipation of getting the room divider that Ipurchased from this vendor. So now Im out of what I already had. And theres no Word from him in terms of when he would install what I purchase. Ultimately I started asking for a refund. And with the same of procrastination, he would say I will pay you tomorrow and the payment never came. I told him I would take it to small claims and he still did not respond.

    We contacted business from a FB ad on ******** Marketplace. After discussions and site visit we agreed to move forward with a custom woodworking project to make three custom wood panels for our home. We paid 60% deposit and work was supposed to rocked. I was contacted in early March for installation but couldnt as we were on vacation. I contacted business while on vacation to schedule install and they said it would happen last week - but then work not finished - so then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and then they arrived at 5:30 today - well after the promised 1:30-2pm arrival window with work that was poor. One panel did. It meet expectations at all and others were portly stained with splotches and poorly filled in nail holes. This was not work we would want to put in our house. More details with texts can be provided on timing of the multiple delays and follow *** needed. Multiples times the business owner promised the work was done - and clearly it was not.
