    two amounts were deducted from my debit card one for $39.00 on 7-7-2024 and one for $60.00 on 7-3-2024 i requested refund and they sent me email conforming refund was done and i have yet to see it all i get everyday from the help people is we have put in request for update on your refund no information has been given i received on july 26th as a confirmation email that refund had been done and i still do not have my money back in my account i have requested direct call from their billing i do not receive calls i have over 85+ copies of chats regarding this where i am told the same wording we have to wait for update information from our billing the number to call on website not in service told down for updates also cannot call direct to billing either i have attached my statement showing where the charges were taken as well as the conversation on the confirmation email sent to me stating refund was processed as well as just a few chats to show what they just keep stating to me regarding refund i have also reached out to district attorney with the state of ********** to try and get help as well as msnbc because nothing is being done i want my money and i am tired of nothing being done

    I canceled my subscription to this company on Feb 14 2022, and they continued to bill me every 6 months. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription and when I tried to call the 24/7 customer services it would ring once and then I would get a busy tone. They also claim to be an Accredited Member of the BBB. They make it very confusing to file a complaint, and multiple addresses to make it difficult to get information. I was able to do a chat box and was asked to provide proof of charges. I sent them the cancelation email and proof they charged my credit card after the cancelation.
