    I have owned a Wallbox Pulsar Plus Level 2 Charger for about a year. It has been working okay until about a week ago, when we were asked by the Wallbox app to update to the latest software, the charger and the app stopped working properly.The charger could not connect to Bluetooth anymore and we cannot do any settings without the connection. Previously the Amp level was set to 24Amp, but the charger automatically changed to 40Amp and caused the power shutoff whenever we tried charging our EV.Since the charger came with a 3 year warranty, we reported the problem to their customer service on April 29, 2024. ******* - the service rep has been in communication with us since then. He has asked us to do many multi-step processes to reset/restore/reconnect the charge but none has worked. They even asked us to hire an electrician (without covering the cost of the electrician) to open the charger to do a last restore before they consider replacing a new charger for us. This is very frustrating and ridiculous. The charger was faulty and none of this was our mistake!We did the last process anyway since it was required but it still did not work. We are so frustrated due to many reasons:1) They did not treat this matter seriously. We are unable to charge our EV and they kept dragging resolving it 2) They asked us to pay for an electrician out of our own pocket to perform a process on their faulty product that is still covered by the warranty. How ridiculous it is!!!Until now, they have not offered any solutions to fix this matter that works. I asked them to call me to resolve it quicker but they never called. Sometimes I have to send the emails a few times to remind them to respond. It is a very unacceptable level of service!I request a call back from the *** of the company to resolve the issue by today. Please stop bullying your customers!!!Thanks *******
