    utter incompentence. says my work address is in residential area. google clearly shows restaurant next door and gas station 1 door down - really? they have gps info of me driving to work 6 days a week but doesnt matter. then some bs about "you have to work at your company's corporate address" - wtf?????? screw this. Didnt like their app tracking my gps 24/7 anyway. good riddance.

    I've done nothing but try to get answers that make sense from this company. I shut my account down and requested my tip money to be mailed to me and it's nearly been a month. Where's the transparency going in the world! It's astounding that they can quickly take the money from your account but when you don't want to use them anymore, they're not so quick to give it back. I'm completely baffled! Reading other comments and reviews I'm really shocked that they have a business.

    The last 3 or 4 months I've had issues cashing out because earnin can't see my direct deposit in my bank account, despite having my banking information. I have chatted with customer service to fix it and they have in the past, but not this time. I was told I would recieve an email but I didn't recieve 1 and it is still unresolved. I'm frustrated with this app!

    Earnin was great for getting access to your pay as you worked but then they decided to add a debit card feature. They then take your whole paycheck as a secured credit card and if you withdraw money they treat it like a credit charge. Numerous hours of chat and frustration and issue not resolved. I do not recommend you do the Express or Debit Card options.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused, Tamatha. We would love to help you understand better how Earnin Card works.

    With Earnin Card, your full paycheck minus any Cash Outs and voluntary tips will be automatically transferred to your Secured Account. The funds in your Secured Account will be added to the amount that is available for you to spend along with your accrued unpaid earnings for any pay period which we call Streamed Earnings. At the same time, please know that for every card spending, we extended an amount of credit to your card in real-time to settle your spending. In your Secured Account where your money is being deposited, an equivalent amount of that credit that you used to spend is being reserved to pay for the transaction on or before your card payment due date.

    Rest assured that as for Earnin Card Withdrawals from your Secured Account, you don't have to pay for it since that is your money and not a card spending. You will only make a payment using the Secured Funds for your card spending (card purchases + cash advances)

    As for your concern last July, it seems that your Streamed Earnings were still updating which is why you were unable to cash out. Streamed Earnings are your accrued unpaid earnings that add up daily and will reset every pay period.

    Also, we see that your account is currently fully active and good to go to cash out. For other concerns or inquiries, feel free to reach out to our customer support. We are live through chat 24/7.

    Do not communicate with Earnin! file a complaint at the Attorney's General Office in your Ciry or State as soon as possible. Also contact the lawyers that sued Earnin in 2019. Earnin lost the law suit. They are still doing the same thing again. They never comply with Federal mandate against them the same old practice in 2022. Also file a complaint the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

    Horrible customer service. Earnin keeps trying to steal my money basically by not allowing me access to my earnin account but yet keeps trying to extract $7 with ACH transfer i did not set up and unable to cancel but yet still continues each month trying to transfer $7 from linked chime account to earnin rainy day funds.

As for the automatic withdrawal from your account, it was the Tip Yourself feature that you activated and if you want to pause or stop any scheduled withdrawal, you may refer to this FAQ (How can I pause or stop a scheduled AutoSave Tip Yourself transfer?) from the Earnin Help Center. Another thing, it shows here that you're able to withdraw all the funds in your Tip Jar called Rainy day funds.
