On August 2nd, 2023 I spent $529.70 for three pairs of shoes at this business. due to poor fit, I ended up needed to return all three pairs of the shoes. I brought the shoes back to the store before the end of August and was told the money would be reimbursed on to the credit card I used to pay for the shoes. However, my money has yet to be returned. Over the last four months, I have called the business multiple times. One employee, *****, notes that the store has been busy and that he has been working on my return, but i still have not received. another employee has mentioned that he does not know how to do returns, and recommended I send in an email. I sent an email to the business in November but have not received a response. I have also left several detail voicemails with this business which have not been returned. An acquaintance of mine also ended up having trouble returning a pair of shoes to this business. The business did not refund her money and her credit card company was forced to dispute the charges. My credit card company is unable to dispute the charge due to the timeframe. Please help me my receive my refund. I feel that this is not a small amount of money to just give to a business in return for no product.
