    I would like to get a refund for my subscription I purchased today but can't seem to find a phone number to call. I am overall satisfied with the answers in comparison to the 4 other subscriptions I paid for today, studypool had the most amount of correct answers, but all were not correct. I noticed that studypool tries to address all customer complaints and will see if they address my issue. I know I gave 5 stars and that might change in the future if I don't get any response but from viewing other responses seems studypool will address my issue.

    I have cancelled my subscription and after 3 months I was charged again for a monthly subscription. I am unable to visit with a real person or leave an email with the hopes of a response. I am looking for guidance. Totally Frustrated and they keep withdrawing from my account. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    I was charged for 5 months without me knowing about it. I was charged $21.45 for three months and then $21.95 for two months. I am extremely upset that there is no number to call and speak with someone. This charge was being taken out of my saving account, one that I dont check frequently. I used this platform once, and I thought I cancelled. 99% sure I did. But I have been charged over $100 for something I dont use. I would like for the business to reach out to me with any way to contact support

    Don't do it. I was hoping to find some resources to aid me in my academic career, so I bought a 3 month subscription. Within 24 hours I realized the site lack resources for my specific focus and reached out to customer service for assistance. They refused a refund, despite having "100 % guaranteed refund" on the sign up page and when I continued to express my concerns, they stopped all contact. I know better than to sign up with a company without check the reviews. Terrible, terrible service. It's not worth the time and headache. Just run.

    ***DO NOT USE. Not worth the money due to lack of customer service or response to reauestd of subscription cancellation.Fraudulent company. Legal threats after trying to get the service cancelled and having to go thru paypal to cancel service.***I used Studypool and I did pay for the subscription since that is what you have to do in order to be able to use any of their services. I was fine with paying for one month in addition to an extra $79 to someone on their site for additional help with homework.Their site says they have an easy cancellation policy.After using their services, I contacted them several times via website following the instructions for cancellation of the subscription. I did not receive a response, and I repeated the request three times over the next month.Five weeks later, I was charged again.This time I attempted to contact them via the same method in addition to trying to find their phone number to the company. I also tried to find any other email to contact them but I was unsuccessful. They NEVER RESPONDED.I disputed the charge via PayPal, providing information proving my attempts to contact studypool with Screenshots.PayPal gives companies 10 days to respond.They did not respond, and I was awarded the fee back. Please note: Studypool still got one month subscription from me and an additional $79 since I did use their services and was happy withit at the time. Until i tried to cancel anyfurther subscription. One month I received a letter from Studypool.com threatening me with illegal chargeback fraud and stating I was banned for life and they may pursue legal recourse.While the information on the site itself is true regarding homework questions, etc. being answered and getting help with your homework, the company deliberately obfuscates how to get a refund and refuses to respond to any requests. They also make it very difficult to contact them.Do not use this service/anything associated with Studypool.

    First off, this website does not let you know you have to make additional purchases to even use it. The bad part is my son thought this would him with his homework. He got the subscription and 3 minutes later realized it was not a help. We contacted Tracy via email about a refund, she said to speak to them via the chat option. We did and she then tells us, we will not be getting our money back. and discontinues the chat.
