    On March 17, 2025 I hired ******* ******* of Willie Wingz to provide catering services for an event scheduled for graduate students at ************. The agreement included delivery of prepared food by 12:00PM to the event location. The event was scheduled to end at 1:30PM. I paid a deposit of #***.12 on March 17 and a remaining balance of $***.01 on May 6 totaling $628.03 paid in full prior to the event. ******* and his business completely failed to deliver the contracted services. No food was delivered on time, communication ceased and there has been no refund. The catering team arrived more than two hours late, 30 minutes after the event had already ended, rendering their services useless.Upon their arrival, I told the driver clearly that if payment was still expected, they should forego delivery entirely, as the event was over and the damage had been done. Despite this, ******* later refused to issue a full refund and offered only to "cook for me another time"an unacceptable alternative given the circumstances.Due to this failure, I was forced to spend additional money out-of-pocket to secure an emergency food solution for guests, adding to the overall financial impact. The event was significantly disrupted and ultimately ruined due to the catering companys negligence and lack of professionalism.I made multiple efforts to resolve this directly and professionally with *******, requesting a full refund and offering an opportunity to explain or propose a solution. He acknowledged responsibility in writing but refused to issue a full refund, claiming that his team had incurred costs for food and labor. These are not my responsibility as a client, given that the service was never *********** this point, I am filing a formal complaint on the grounds of:Failure to deliver services as contracted, financial loss due to breach of contract and potential consumer fraud I am seeking a full refund.
