      I purchased a Glarewheel electric scooter through **************** as a Christmas gift for my son. He got to use it once, for less than an hour, and it died. I have been emailing Glarewheel support since 12/26/24 trying to get some help, a repair, replacement, or refund. They finally sent a new charger that did not help. After two months, they sent me a *** label to return it to them for repair. *** tracking shows it WAS delivered on 3/5/25. Since then I have been emailing, BEGGING them for a response and some help. I am getting no response. This has been heartbreaking for me. I can't afford to buy another scooter for my son, so he ended up with no large Christmas gift and I have lost over $1400 for the scooter and the $200 *** charged me to pack it for return. I have never experienced such awful service and I fear I have been scammed by this terrible company. Please, I need some help!

      I bought a scooter from them on July 8, 2023. It arrived in a non-working condition. They refused to replace it with a working one. Sent me a charger, it did not work. Took over a month to send me a new battery, it did not work. The battery arrived damaged as well. They are refusing a refund despite their warranty and proof of purchase. I am stuck with $1000 scooter that does not work and they refuse to do anything about it, and are ignoring our attempts to communicate. They are ignoring their own return policy and their own warranty policy that I have in writing from them. Their refusal to fix this has caused a lot of physical hardship for me. I am now Im unable to get where I need to go and I am at $1000 and therefore have no other way to get there. Public transportation is not an option in my area . I am now getting sicker and it is directly related to them refusing to give me a working product or refund my money so I can buy a working product from another company.
