    I have called *** United Medical Doctors to have a manager or billing call me back and explain the bill for my acct.*** requires you to pay your bill at the time of the office visit. At the next office visit they confirm if you have an outstanding Bill. I have always Asked and Zeroed out any balance.I have had appointments after the the time they say I had a balance. I always pay any outstanding balance I have.*** didnt call or call me back so I could dispute or pay my bill. On 8/1/23 I called back and asked the office staff to have billing call me. No call or message was received.On Date: August 14, 2023 at 3:49:12 PM PDT received a junk mail saying I had balance.Balance Due: $169.25 The next day August 15/23, Less than 24hrs later I called and the bill was several hundred dollars. The call was recorded. I said I could tell them when I called and asked billing to call me and discuss if I have a balance from a doctor visit. I was told they could see when I contacted them asking for billing information. It appears now they are arbitrarily adding penalties when they have declined to discuss whether I even have a Bill.I will pay my medical Bill if I owe them. They may have sent my Bill past the allowable time, or sent the Bill to the wrong address.I want to resolve this if I have a legitimate balance.*** continues to deal in bad faith.There better not be complaints on my credit report. I see several doctors from ***. But if they have caused my credit damage with the way they do business, that should end.What options do I have ?Morgan **** ************ *******************
