Compromised:I hired this Private Investigator on or about JULY 2, 2024 to investigate - obtain video and photographic evidence of the person or persons desecrating my daughter's gravesite. Let the reason for hiring this ** sink in for a few minutes. On JULY 8, 2024 while at my daughter's gravesite cutting the grass, I noticed a white Tesla drive by me, make a U-turn and park across the street. At first, I didn't pay too much attention, however, after *********************************** the car, without getting out once, I started wondering why he was just sitting there. A few more minutes went by and I looked at him again and noticed he was setting up a camera, pointing at me/my daughter's gravesite, next to a windshield sunshade. What a stunning catch! The entire time I was at my daughter's gravesite (90 minutes) this guy sat in the car and watched me. He knew who I was. Did he really think he needed to sit there for two hours and watch me cut the grass and clean the headstone. What kind of evidence would that be. Later that night, I texted the ** and asked him if he had someone at my daughter's gravesite, in a white tesla between the hours of 4:30 to 6:00pm and his response was "Yes we did". On July 9, 2024, I sent the ** a lengthy text, in short, about my distain for the guy he sent. The **'s response was, "***** he is actually a very good operator - We discussed and the operation will be extremely covert moving forward". Humm, a very good operator wouldn't get busted... by the client or at all. If I see him, then others seen him. And I thought the "operation" was going to be covert from the beginning, not just after the investigator was compromised. This guy didn't follow the schedule that was provided to him or provide any relevant evidence. His report is a joke and a fraud, and is as stunning as the investigator blowing his cover. He initially offered me a refund, then retracted it due to past litigations, which is irrelevant to him.

    Dear *****,
Thank you for sharing your perspective. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
I want to clarify that we remain committed to our contractual agreement for 15 hours of investigative work. From the beginning, we took your situation seriously and provided a 50% discount in recognition of our shared background as veterans.
Regarding the pause in our work, it was done at your request due to your concerns about grave desecration, and we resumed in December as instructed. While I understand the disappointment over the lack of evidence supporting your allegations, I offered additional hours as a gesture of goodwill, even though I was not contractually obligated to do so.
I must also emphasize that your history of pursuing legal actionhaving been involved in dozens of lawsuits since 1994played a significant role in my decision to retract the refund offer. While you certainly have the right to express your feelings, it is crucial to recognize that disparaging someone's reputation and making threats is not acceptable behavior, especially when it comes to seeking resolution. In fact, the threats you have made could be construed as extortion, at least in my perception. I refuse to be forced by threats to meet demands when we fulfilled our obligations as outlined in our agreement.
I acknowledge your concerns regarding the investigation and communication about the surveillance, and I genuinely hope for an amicable resolution to this matter.
    Thank you for your time.

    **** Tucker
