    I have had my annual exams and medical exams done at this office. I returned to purchase contacts and while over the phone they told I could pay with my care credit over the phone. They then called back to tell me I could not. They said I had to in but would have trials and they will already go ahead and put my order through since Im using insurance as well. Then when I came in to pick up the trails, I confirmed that they did not need me to do anything charge or anything like that. They said not to worry that once my contacts come in,I can go ahead and take care of it then since I used insurance and I can have my care credit card charged then. Then I called to find out what my status is and then I get a call back. I need to tell me they never ordered my contacts and that they will not order them until I come in to make a payment. Upon arrival I gave them my care credit card. They told me that the credit card wasnt able to be ran, there was no credit available. I to show them on my login via Web that there is plenty of credit available and it was something on there and they continue to say that theywerent able to charge. I asked them to release the insurance and that this was ridiculous that Ive had to spend a couple of weeks and still have no to show for it. They did not charge anything. I did not sign any paperwork for care credit yet here I am today looking at Care credit and they charge me $100 all my care credit Manager is arguing with.
