    About four years" Bercks" now under the name "Family Plumbing and Heating in Temecula Ca replaced two of our house heaters with Goodman Propane furnaces in our home in Julian Ca. Things went well until we discovered( October 2022) that the furnace was leaking heat in the garage with little heat reaching vents in the house. In response their repairmen determined that the "Faum", the heat box on the top of the new heater, was the incorrect size and was taped on the heater because it could not be correctly fastened due to its size. They returned with a replacement "faum" that was the correct size and installed it. It now works perfectly. I felt that the initial installation part error was their fault.' The second heater was installed correctly and works well to this day. I wrote Jules Berch (owner) personally asking for a refund of the $915.00 I paid for their mistake. He never replied to my request. I hope others are treated more fairly
