The owner of Big Orange Plumming, called me, and straightened this out. I appreciated his call, and they will move forward with my repair. I will try in the future not to go immediate negative review. ****** learned, and again, they made it right. Thank you.

Worst company I’ve done business with in 20 years. Installed a water heater that didn’t work. They blamed me and said it was an electrical issue on my end. I hired an electrician who said everything was fine and it was the water heater. After several calls they finally replaced the water heater with a different unit and it has worked fine ever since. The first time they installed the water heater they also had extra components $500+ worth of equipment that I paid for. When they replaced the water heater I told them to take those back as well, which they did. When a week went by and they hadn’t refunded any money I called the owner. He said that he “lost money on the job” and that why he wasn’t refunding my money. I demanded that he refund me because he’s charging me for equipment that I didn’t have. He was scheduled to replace a 2nd water heater on our house and said he would deduct money off of that install. His own worker told me that he wasn’t refunding as much as he should during the second water heater install but for the sake of not having to deal with the owner again I didn’t pursue a larger refund. A month later the second water heater that big orange plumbing installed sprung a massive leak. I called them to let them know and asked if they can come out and take a look at the issue. In which the owner refused to do that so now I am forced to call a different company to come fix something that big orange plumbing refused to do despite it being their work.
