    Date of Transaction: Ordered from Amazon on 12/18/2023 received 01/05/2024. The amount of money you paid to the business: $205.62. What the business committed to provide you: On Dec. 18, 2023, I ordered via Amazon a fuser for my Brother printer because the machine gave me the message Replace Fuser. I received my order Jan 5, 2024. On Feb 2, 2024 at 5:52PM, I contacted the SELLER: USA Printer Company and spoke with ************************* in **************** regarding the fuser. He was very polite and most helpful. We spoke in length about their faulty fuser, where I had purchased it and the refund process. ***** said he would send me a RETURN LABEL and a refund would be made on the credit card used for initial payment once the item was received back to USA Printer Company.What the nature of the dispute is: The dispute is the refund I have never received after in good faith following ****** instructions and returning their $205.62 product back to them. I verified through ***** tracking that is was received by USA Printer Company on March 14, 2024. I followed up with numerous emails requesting a refund status and only heard back once on April 14, 2024 stating We are checking into this issue. You will be updated shortly and since that email with no more feedback, I have sent 12 subsequent emails and have had zero response regarding our refund.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: ***** directed me to send the product back via their emailed ***** return label. I did my due diligence and returned the product and tracked the return and communicated back to them requesting the status of the refund on (12) separate times with no communication from them at all. I simply want the refund and nothing published about this company.Account/order/tracking number: Account: Amazon/ Order #***-6600287-1589801 for $205.62/Tracking via ***** & it was received 03/14/2024 If the issue involves advertising, when & where the ad was seen or heard: N/A
