    I had an important check going to ******* and it was delivered to someone in *********. The person in ********* signed for it, I have proof. As soon as I noticed this great error, I had to make my way to a ***** branch to put a stop payment on the check. I had to reissue another check and figure out an alternative to send the check.I went in to this *** store and explained the situation to the employee and she made sure to tell me that they always verify with the customer the address on the screen. I explained again that the issue was not the incorrect address on the package. When she realized it wasn't a customer error she said she'd have her manager call me the next day.I didn't get a call the next day but some days later a very professional employee called and said that the package was now on its way to *******. I explained that Unfortunately I had to put a stop payment because someone received and signed for my package in *********. He understood and said he'd talk to his manager about refunding me. I thought great! Unfortunately no one called me, so I called and I was told that the package is in transit to the right location. I had to explain again what happened. She said she'd have her manager call me.Manager finally called me to tell me that my package made to ******* but no one was home to sign for it. I explained the situation again & explained that I had to put a stop payment on the check because someone signed and accepted the package in *********. She insisted it was only at the wrong *** facility and that it was rerouted and she wasn't going to refund me.
