    Unprofessional, rude. Wanted to charge $****** dollar fee for no show. No where does it say ****** dollars. They also never made contact to confirm the appointment.

    Upon initial exams at Animal ************* patients owners are given new client paperwork to fill out. One of these forms is the 48 Hour Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policy. In this form it states Therefore, Animal Eye Vet reserves the right to charge the full exam fee for all missed appointments This contract was signed by you on 1/30/2023. Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy and are not mandatory for a business to send. Regardless, one was given on 11/13/2023 when your April appointment was made, 4/2/2024 and 4/3/2024 with a medication refill, and one emailed on 4/17/2024 at 2:21pm to both emails on file. In your recent review you stated that our business is unprofessional due to this issue. It is common for medical practices to charge no show fees when an appointment slot is missed with no notice, as this appointment could have been given to a pet on our wait list in need of an appointment. Thank you.
