    We rented a storage unit for a couple of years. It's late, but they sold it early without proper notification or communication. Will not communicate or give upper management or ownership information to rectify the situation. We had the ashes of family members and pictures that are to be returned in the case that it is sold. They will not comply. Also they did this illegally. No notice of being in danger of being sold, also no letters, email, or phone calls. Trying to retrieve information and they lied and said it was sent but it was not. Very crooked stuff going on and we can not stop it. It's literally everything we own as we were sleeping in our car and had to store items in the unit. Had no chance to go pay before being sold as we had no knowledge of it.

    Your unit was more than 60 days past due with a balance over $600 when it was legally sold at auction.  We sent more than 30 e-mails to the e-mail provided by you.  We sent more than 60 texts to the phone number provided by you.  We made more than 15 calls to the phone number provided by you.  We mailed all legally required demands for payment to the address provided by you.  The sale of your unit was administered by a third party and we are willing to hold any personal property presented to us by the auction buyer.  But there is no way for us to know what may or may not have been abandoned by you.  You were fully aware of the possibility that you could lose your stored property in this manner the moment you signed the rental agreement and before you placed a single item in storage.  You failed to fulfill your obligations to pay your rent and failed to respond to more than 100 attempts to collect.  I am offended that you resort to besmirching our reputation and our legally sound practices by running to complain online after the fact when you could have prevented this at any time during the 70 days we made you aware of the delinquent balance.

    On or about nov 19 2022 my family and I were locked in the storage about 545 pm they close at 7pm so we contacted manager at res on property to let us out they told us never come again to res then a family member accidently bumped the front gate they came out yelling and acting rude then on nov20 I went to the *********** I have 3 there and they had locks on them I called them and they told me they had unites broke into I said what's that have to do with me they said they r checking it out I told them to review the cameras for I told them mine was broke into also I feel they have profiled me and r retaliating me for friend bumping the gate they have failed to secure my property and others property to when I thought my property was secure they took my gate code I can't enter with out a manager present I have been falsely accused and treated like a thief this is wrong I have not been allowed to get my tools for work and was forced to take off work I lost money over this I feel management r not professional we have saw them smoking drugs with their friends drinking beer during business hrs not secure for anyones property I feel they need newmanagers I pay over450 $ ammonth to them this is wrong I need to get access to my unites for work and to find out what of my family's have also been stolen I don't even know do to won't let me entry
