      I purchased the wine through ***************** website specifically because it stated I would receive ***** Frontier miles through Vinesse Wines. The promotion was clearly active at the time, and its still being advertised on Frontiers site right now. After a month of contacting ***************** and Vinesse Wines, I was told by ******* the partnership has ended however, I made my purchase based on that advertised agreement, and its the responsibility of your company to honor the terms that were publicly promoted at the time. I called Vinesse, I was told I was to wait for an email follow up. Didnt receive anything so I called again. I was told they would not honor my 5k miles but would credit my Vinesse account $15! I let ***** from Vinesse know I would file a complaint with the **** BBB, and ***************** corporate. She still refused to honor my request.

      The ***************** and Vinesse Wines mileage promotion mentioned was part of a previous partnership between ***************** and *************, which officially ended in December 2024. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor promotions that are no longer active or supported by a current agreement. Additionally, ************* was recently acquired by new ownership and merged into Wine Insiders. At this time, there is no active mileage promotion in place between Wine Insiders and ******************We are aware that outdated promotional material still appears on ***************** website. Despite multiple requests made by our team to ******** to remove or update the content, we have not received a response or confirmation of action. We recognize that this may be misleading, and we share in the customer's frustration on this ******** an effort to make things right, our representative, *****, extended an offer of compensation that exceeded the value the customer referenced, in hopes of resolving the issue. Regrettably, the offer did not meet the customer's expectations.We understand the importance of clear communication and customer trust, and we remain committed to ensuring a positive experience with Wine Insiders moving forward. We value this feedback and will continue our efforts to resolve miscommunications related to legacy promotions.

      Wine Insiders recently merged with **************** and the new company is apparently using the name Wine Insiders now. I had purchased 2 wine clubs from Wine Awesomeness for relatives during the holiday season last year. Each was for three bottles monthly. One was for 6 months and one for one year. Apparently, during the merger they did away with the 3 bottle per month club so they automatically, and without my consent, "upgraded" me to the 6 bottle per month club and started charging me for it. They also sent 6 bottles to the person for whom I had purchased the 6 month club, although that club had expired. When I called I was told that that was the policy the adopted after the merger and that I should have received an email telling me that the companies had merged. When I stressed that i did not consent to any such "upgrade" and threatened legal action, they agree to refund the charge for the expired membership. Because of the response of the agent, I believe that this was a purposeful attempt to abuse the trust customers put in them by sharing their credit card information and not an accident.

      I am a fairly long time, consistent customer of **********************. Recently I ordered a case and received a notice that the wine would be late shipping. I sent them an email to cancel the order because we were going out of town and the wine would arrive too late. Instead of cancelling the order, they rushed the shipment so I would get it before we left! I think this is fabulous customer service and proves once again why I am a happy Wine Insiders customer!!
