    I have canceled a subscription to vinesse wine by phone and text but they kept sending wine every month the wine was returned by ***** and ***** also contacted them on the cancelation but they kept billing my account for ****** every month and all the wine was returned. I have put a stop payment on my account I sent numerous emails and there phone is not working can you help with this??

    Received a box of 6 bottles of wine which my wife (*******) or I did not order on 10/16/23 and my credit card was charged $45.10. Name & address on the invoice was Vinesse Wines, ************************************************************. Order #*******, Shipping Customer #*******, Customer order #*******. After several calls to their *********************** without any resolution, I wrote a detailed letter on 01/30/24 (copy uploaded I hope) requesting a prepaid return shipping label so that I might return the unordered and unwanted wine for a refund. As of this date I have not received the courtesy of a reply. The wine is packed in the original shipping box, as received, sealed and ready for return.

    I placed an order on 12/13/2023 thinking I was getting a promotional offer of ***** but instead was charged ****** instead. I called the business within 15 minutes to question the charges and was informed that I had used the promotion couple of years ago. Int hat case I requested the gentleman to cancel the order and he refused to cancel my order. I explained to him that it has been literally less than 15 minutes since I placed the order and I was not expecting to pay 129/- He still would not cancel the order. Any genuine business entity would have either honored the promotional offer or the least agreed to cancel the order since it had been LESS THAN 15 minutes of placing the order. I am hoping they will be able to resolve my problem. Thank you.
