    Lettermen jacket was paid in full $653. Deadline was agreed on the 3rd of December.December 3rd was my sons final football banquet. I ordered a jacket from Marys embroidery which is now operated by ****** ******. December 3rd was an agreed deadline. That day of the banquet ****** ****** stated she had an emergency after I texted her I was at her shop to pick up the jacket. She said she will drop off the jacket at the school, if she couldnt make it down she will have her son drop off the jacket. This is telling me the jacket is complete.After that text it was complete silence for 2 weeks TWO WEEKS from that date I finally heard from **** aka ****** ******. So she did have an emergency with a death in the family, that explained the 2 weeks ghosting us. So she texted me right at two weeks that I can get my sons jacket that Thursday the 19th. Thursday came then she texted me that she is sick she cant, she can give it to us Friday the 20th or Monday the 23rd the latest. After that Thursday I did not hear from her again, Friday past as well as that Monday. So now Im like wth ok what is up. My wife was so fed up already because we already paid for the jacket in full of $653. She was a frustrated customer bugging her because Nycoles communication is horrible. Long story short ****** ****** texted back that we are bugging her and being childish soo she doesnt feel like giving us our sons Lettermen jacket pretty much.Ive been at her business practically everyday since Dec 3rd.We are stuck on what to do now since she is ignoring my texts. She has our money $653 and our sons patches that hes worked so hard for. She has not texted us once since the 27th of December.
